Good photography can completely change a piece of design work. More often than not it will be the quality of the imagery that transforms a website, or brochure, from something that is quite average into something that's great.

For the relatively minimal cost of shooting your products, premises, or staff professionally, you can lift your branding to new heights, creating much more interesting compositions and striking images than you could have ever hoped for. It is also much more versatile than selecting from a stock library as each image is customised exactly to your preference, and avoids all the complications of the various copyrights imposed by different websites.

Knowledge and Experience go a Long Way

There are a lot of things that go into taking a fantastic photo. It's not simply a case of point-and-shoot; there are light levels to consider, framing, angles, depth-of-field, not to mention which lens to select or where to position people and objects! It's because of this that a great deal of experience and know-how is required to get the perfect shot. The equipment makes a drastic difference, too. The quality of the camera and lens have much more of an impact than most people realise, and of course it also helps if the operator knows what (s)he is doing!
